Thye new Mercedes GLA (pictured) teased on video ahead of Frankfurt
It was only last week we revealed that the latest iteration of the new Mercedes A-Class – the Mercedes GLA Compact SUV – would be making its debut at next month’s Frankfurt Motor Show in production guise. And now Mercedes are starting the tease. They kicked of late yesterday with a sketch of the new GLA, but as we’ve already seen the concept at Geneva, and designers sketches are not exactly the most reliable interpretation of the reality, we didn’t see much point in republishing them (you can see them on Mercedes Facebook page).

Peugeot 207CC: the lowdown
Peugeot has re-invented its folding hard roof supermini, the car that brought Mercedes-style roof technology to a wider audience. The 207 Coupe Convertible goes on UK sale next March, priced from just under £15,000. This CC is based on the 207's stiffer, front-wheel drive chassis, and the big news is that it has an all-new roof mechanism.
Among the exotics in North America, Alfa Romeo might hold a smaller place than the Ferraris and Lamborghinis of the world, but it still holds a place in our hearts. This 1969 Yellow Ocra Alfa Romeo GTV can be had now for a starting bid of $27,500. According to the seller, all of the instruments, lights and switches work.
